About
GSP
Geoff Slattery Publishing (GSP) is a dynamic and creative Victorian
publishing and communications house with a team of excellence and
diverse publishing capabilities.
The company was founded in 1995 by Geoff
Slattery and has grown rapidly to become a large and dynamic custom
publishing business.
In 2004, we completed more than 450 custom publishing jobs. About
60 per cent of those jobs were for the Australian Football League,
with which GSP has a contract to provide a full publishing service
until 2010. The remainder were for nearly 20 other clients, including
the Victorian Department of Primary Industries and the Victorian
Health Promotion Foundation.
GSP has provided publishing and communication services to the AFL
since 1995. We produce more than 300 separate items a year for the
AFL, including magazines (the AFL Record, AFL JSquad Magazine), the AFL Annual
Report, newsletters, handbooks, flyers and advertising creative
for print, radio, outdoor and television.
We also have contracts with Football Victoria, the Victorian Department
of Primary Industry, VicHealth, Goldman Sachs JBWere, Betcorp (a
publicly listed company) and Country Racing Victoria, for whom we
produce a variety of design, print and brand-management elements.
Our books division published nine books in 2005, and three in 2006
to date. In 2004, one of our titles, Jason McCartney – After
Bali, was the highest-selling non-fiction book by an Australian
author.
GSP has a team of more than 40 people. Our departments are divided
into Design, Communication Services, Editorial, Commercial Operations,
Books, and administrative support.
We work with a variety of companies, including major sporting organisations,
government departments and financial institutions, developing strong
relationships to create solutions that yield excellent results. |
